LOS RIOS HISTORIC DISTRICT
The Los Rios Historic District is a neighborhood in the city of San Juan Capistrano, California, with buildings dating to 1794, making it the oldest continually occupied neighborhood in the state. Willow trees grow among eucalyptus and palms, cactus and wildflowers grow beneath sprays of bouganvia and a picturesque train station makes for stunning photo backdrops.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE 5 SOUTHBOUND
From the 5 south freeway, take the Ortega Hwy. exit. Turn right onto Ortega Hwy. Turn right at the first cross street onto Old Mission Rd/Ortega Hwy. Turn left onto Camino Capistrano. Turn right onto Verdugo Street. Parking is available in the covered structure to the left at the end of Verdugo Street as well as the parking lot to the right. You will meet your photographer at the benches at the railroad crossing where you wait for the train.

From the 5 north freeway, take the Ortega Hwy. exit. Turn left onto Ortega Hwy. Turn right onto Old Mission Rd/Ortega Hwy. Turn left onto Camino Capistrano. Turn right onto Verdugo Street. Parking is available in the covered structure to the left at the end of Verdugo Street as well as the parking lot to the right. You will meet your photographer at the benches at the railroad crossing where you wait for the train.
